Where we ship
Ships to US addresses. For Alaska, Hawaii or international delivery, message us for a quote before ordering.
Shipping cost
Shipping is a flat $15.00 per order, and free on orders of $500.00 or more. The exact amount is shown in your cart and on your invoice before you pay.
When your order ships
We start building or packing your order once payment is received. Each product page shows its typical dispatch time. Built-to-order items (such as HF packs) take longer and the time is shown on the product page. If anything changes we will email you.
Tracking
You will receive an email with tracking details when your order ships. You can also check status any time using the link in your invoice email.
Batteries
Lithium batteries are shipped by ground service in line with carrier rules, which can add a day or two to delivery.
